The content/changes we make on your site are for SEO purposes only as a part of a paid SEO Growth Program. These changes are not generally aesthetic but are technical and text based, designed to benefit your website rankings.

It’s important to remember that while we will be making additions and changes to your website, those changes are part of our SEO strategy to increase your website traffic. Any changes requested which are outside our program, whether beneficial or neutral in their SEO benefit, can be made within one of one our management programs or on an hourly rate basis ($75/hr with a ½ hr minimum).

MONTHLY WEBSITE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS:

Our monthly management programs are designed for SEO clients whose websites are built by our team. If you are interested in a management program for a website that was not built by us, it will require an additional website assessment.

This program is designed for adding or removing elements of existing pages.

Examples include:

• Changing photos
• Adding a photo gallery to a page
• Updating contact information
• Adding/changing a form on an existing page

This program is designed for regular monthly changes and additional pages. Examples include:

• Everything included in standard management
• Special event/promotional landing pages
• Creation of new service/program pages

Our Websites Include:

• Up to 10 pages covering services, about, home page, ministries, location, sermons, etc.
• Responsive design (formats for all screens)
• 750 words of custom written content for home page. Internal pages (services, about us, etc.) will need to be written by you. We can write the content for additional pages at a rate of $75 per page (500 words per page).

Website Revision Policy For New Sites

REVISION PROCESS FOR NEW SITES

We will deliver the completed website on day 45 (or sooner). The onboarding call is considered day 1.The website will be complete with all assets and content which you have provided. If we are still waiting on content from you, we will still deliver the website and charge you for the remaining balance of the website build fee.

Day 1: Onboarding call. The goal is for you to provide us with as much of the website content on day 1 so that we can get to work.

Day 2-5: We will send you templates to choose from & you communicate with us as to which template you want to use. If you don't choose by day 6, we will go with a template we believe will work well for you.

Content (photos, logo, colors, company bios, about us page content, service descriptions, etc.) & admin access to your domain should be provided by day 6.

Day 6-20: We will be building the website. You may not hear from us much during this time unless we have questions or we need additional content from you. Major changes to the site structure that weren't discussed in the original agreement and onboarding will be billed hourly at $75hr.

Day 20: Preview of the website is delivered. You have 10 days to submit your first round of revisions via the site comment feature on our website platform.

Day 30: We will complete these revision requests within 1-5 business days & present to you for review.

Day 35: You have 5 days to submit any final changes (round 2) via the site comment feature on our website platform.

Day 40: We will complete the second round of revisions within 1-5 business days for your review. At this time we will charge you the remaining balance of the website build fee.

Day 45: Once the invoice is paid the website will go live.

You have 2 weeks after your website is live to request any additional changes. After 2 weeks we can continue to do website changes at a rate of $75/hour with a half hour minimum. (If you pay for a monthly website management plan, this does not apply.)
